Blue Screen / Unable to achieve necessary Low Temperature

- What is the ambient temperature of the freeze dryer location?
- A hot room may cause the freezer not to function properly.
- Temperatures of 85°F and warmer may cause the Cube to fail.
- If the Cube is in a climate controlled space below 85°F, please contact P4L support for a Functionality Test.
- You may be asked to measure temperature with an infrared thermometer, which can be easily purchased at Walmart, Amazon, or many grocery stores in the barbecue section.
