Red Error Screen with COM messages

Is there an error flashing at the bottom of the screen saying COM1 or COM2 or alternating between the two? Take a picture of the screen and all messages.

If COM2 Error appears:

  1. Check the moisture sensor on the back wall of the vacuum chamber.
  2. Unplug it and then replug it back in.
  3. See if the COM2 stops flashing on the screen.
  4. If it persists, contact P4L Support for help.

If COM1 Error appears:

Red Screen 0xF01F without COM errors flashing:

  1. Remove the food and place it in the freezer.
  2. Allow the Cube to return to room temperature.
  3. Turn on Cube and go to Test Screen
  4. Watch the temperature under the FREEZER button for 2 minutes to see if the temperature rises more than 2 degrees.
  5. Turn on the heater.
  6. Somewhere between 130°F - 140°F, the heater button will turn off (at about 5 minutes).
  7. Wait 30 minutes and then repeat step #5 & #6.

If the red screen appears again contact P4L Support. If it does not, try running your food again.

 

Red Screen 0xF02F without COM errors flashing:

  1. Remove the food and place it in the freezer.
  2. Allow the Cube to return to room temperature.
  3. Turn on Cube and go to Test Screen
  4. Unplug and remove the shelf.
  5. Look at the temperature under the FREEZER button.
  6. If the temperature reading is more than 20°  degrees different from what your room temperature is, contact P4L Support. If not, attempt to run another batch.
