Ingredients
1 Cup of freeze dried milk
2/3 cup of sugar
1/3 boiling water
3 Tbsp butter
INSTRUCTIONS
- Mix together and beat with electric mixer until smooth.
- Use in recipes that call for 1 can of sweetened condensed milk.
FREEZE-DRYING INSTRUCTIONS
- Pour milk evenly on trays lined with silicone mats. Make note of the weight of the trays with food.
- Process according to freeze-dryer instructions.
