Low Temperature Blue WARNING Error Screen Troubleshooting

Error Code 0x103F

This error occurs 3 hours after the process enters DEEP FREEZE mode and the CUBE did not reach a low enough temperature.

Here are a few things to work through before you contact support.

  1. Check your drain valve. If the drain valve is only partially closed it could be enough to "fake out" the vacuum sensor but is still pulling in warm air and not allowing the temperature to drop far enough.
  2. Check the ambient temperature of your Cube.  If the ambient temperature is getting above 85 degrees (Fahrenheit) the efficiency of the freezer portion of the CUBE begins to degrade and makes it more difficult to reach the lower temperatures required. Try using an infrared thermometer to measure the temperature of the left side panel (the drain hose side) near the bottom vent holes.  That panel typically should be room temperature.  And if room temperature is over 85 degrees the efficiency of the freezer will degrade the hotter it is in the room.
  3. After you have checked these things and not found the problem you can contact technical support.
