    Unable to Achieve a Proper Vacuum: Orange WARNING Screen

    Are you seeing an Orange Vacuum Error? Follow these steps:

    Over Temperature: Red WARNING Screen

    Is your CUBE showing a red WARNING screen? Often teims you can press continue and start the process again. If it does not resolve then go to the troubleshooting page here.

    Food is Taking Too Long

    If your food cycle is taking longer than expected, it could be due to several factors such as food type, amount, or pre-freezing.

    • Typical cycles range from 14 to 40 hours.
    • Start with smaller batches and pre-freeze food if possible.

    Oil-Free Pump Maintenance
