1⁄2 cup Milk
1⁄2 cup Freeze-Dried Berry Yogurt Dollops (Strawberry, Blueberry, Raspberry, or Blackberry)
1⁄2 cup Freeze-Dried Vanilla Yogurt Dollops
1⁄2 cup Freeze-Dried Berries of Choice
1 1⁄2 cup Ice
Combine milk, yogurt and berries and let sit for 5 minutes.
Add the ice and blend until smooth. Makes 2 servings.
