Boost your immunity with our homemade DIY Emergen-C recipe, packed with vitamins and natural ingredients for your health. DIY Emergen-c is great to have around when you're not feeling well. Freeze dried lemons give this a great taste.

 

Ingredients

1 tsp Freeze dried lemon
1/2-inch piece of ginger sliced and freeze dried
2 cups freeze-dried tangerine segments
1/2 cup maple syrup powder
2 tablespoons freeze dried orange

Place maple syrup powder, dried citrus zests, ginger, and vitamin C in a small food processor or coffee grinder and grind to a fine powder. If using a clean coffee grinder, add powder and tangerine segments into a small food processor and grind into a fine powder once more. Place in an airtight container.

Add one to two tablespoons to 8 ounces of water, stir, and enjoy!
