INGREDIENTS:

zucchini thinly sliced, about 2 medium, stems removed
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil or avocado oil
2 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar or apple cider vinegar 
2 teaspoons coarse sea salt or Celtic salt 
Optional: sprinkle with sea salt once layer on tray.
Make marinade, pour over sliced raw zucchini slices, mix well, lay on freeze dryer trays. Sprinkle a little salt on top.
Freeze dry according to machine instructions.
