Terms & Conditions for any transactions entered into with Lay-Buy

1. DELIVERY - Prep4Life will fulfill the orders within reasonable time after receiving the final installment payment for all lay-buy orders.  Prep4Life will not deliver any part of the order prior to final installment payment.

2. CANCELLATION BY BUYER - The buyer may cancel their Lay-Buy purchase at any time prior to shipping or picking up of products on the order.  This request for cancellation must be made in writing to Prep4Life.  Once the product has shipped or the buyer has received the product the normal warranty and return policies of Prep4Life come into effect.

3. CANCELLATION BY SELLER - The seller must not cancel the Lay-Buy order unless:

a. The buyer breaches a term of the agreed upon payments,

b. The buyer requests cancellation in writing,

c. The seller stops trading.

4. EFFECT OF CANCELLATION - Subject to the cancellation terms above, when a Lay-Buy order is cancelled by buyer, the Seller must refund all money paid within 14 days less 10% of the order total.

5. SERVICE FEE - Seller shall not charge the buyer any interest charges membership fees on any Lay-Buy transaction.  Lay-Buy Financials Solutions Pty Ltd trading as www.lay-buys.com charges a one time admin fee as displayed at the time of checkout.  This admin fee is non-refundable.

6. PAYMENT TERMS - The buyer agrees to follow the payment schedule as agreed upon at the time of checkout.  Failure to make payments will be considered a breach of payment terms and the seller may cancel the order.

7. PREPAYMENT - The buyer may prepay any part or the entirety of the order prior to the closing date of the agreed upon terms without penalty.  At which point the customer can expect delivery in a reasonable time frame.
