Collection: Terms and Conditions for "Show Us Your Spuds!" Contest

1. Eligibility: The "Show Us Your Spuds!" contest is open to all participants who are members of the Cubenation Facebook group and who post their entries as per the contest guidelines. Employees of Prep4Life and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Contest Entry:

   • To enter, participants must post their favorite potato freeze drying process, potato reconstitution process, or recipe using freeze dried potatoes on the Cubenation Facebook page as well as their own Facebook page.
   • Posts must be public and visible to Prep4Life.
   • Each post must include at least one picture or video.
   • All posts must be made by August 19th, 2024.

3. Multiple Entries: Participants may submit multiple entries, provided each post is unique. There is no limit to the number of entries a participant can submit.

4. Content Use: By posting on the Cubenation Facebook page, participants agree to allow Prep4Life to use their entries (including photos and videos) on any of its platforms, including social media, websites, and promotional materials.

5. Drawing and Prize:

   • All valid entries will be entered into a drawing, which will be held on August 20th, 2024.
   • One winner will be selected at random and will receive a $50 Prep4Life gift certificate in store credit.
   • The winner will be notified via Facebook within five (5) business days following the drawing.

6. General Conditions:

   • Prep4Life reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Prep4Life's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the contest, as determined by Prep4Life in its sole discretion.
   • Prep4Life reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the contest or to be acting in violation of these Terms and Conditions or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
   • Any attempt by any person to undermine the legitimate operation of the contest may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Prep4Life reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of Liability: By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Prep4Life, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the contest or receipt or use of any prize.

8. Governing Law: The contest is governed by the laws of the state in which Prep4Life is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.

9. Privacy: Information collected from participants is subject to Prep4Life's privacy policy.

10. Sponsor: The contest is sponsored by Prep4Life. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook.
